Initiation fee is waived for all family members of current Union Club members.  Legacy members will assume the monthly dues structure of their respective membership class.  For example, a legacy member who is under 30 will follow the same monthly dues structure as anyone in the "Under 30" membership category.

Life Members shall be those who have been admitted into membership (of any classification) and who have prepaid their future dues on terms set by the Board of Trustees.

Eligibility for a particular class of membership will be determined by the age, residence, occupation and place of business of the spouse submitting the application for membership unless the Board of Trustees determines that it is more appropriate to look to those characteristics of the other spouse.  Both spouses shall be members with all of the privileges of membership.
