The Summit on Leadership is an annual, area-wide gathering hosted by members of the Cleveland Business Leaders Committee of The Union Club. The primary goal for the event is to provide a concentrated and highly effective learning experience for the younger and senior leaders of Northeastern Ohio's business community.

This year's topic is CHANGE
Change is constant. Businesses fail when they fail to change. This year's summit will focus on leadership transitions and the impact of change on business. Through an interactive panel discussion, business leaders will share lessons learned from their professional experiences. Summit participants will have an opportunity to engage directly with these leaders in a facilitated question and answer session. This will provide an open door to conversation about specific situations and to receive advice. Following this dynamic afternoon, enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while networking with fellow members and guests.
