VINYASA YOGA
Tuesdays - 7:00 a.m.
This class is designed for all levels of practitioner. Whether you are a brand new beginner or if you are seasoned yogi looking to hone your skills of the basics.
Vinyasa means ‘flow’: the core of this practice is to integrate breath with movement. Students will be lead through a flowing style of postures (asana), will learn breath-work (pranayama) & meditation. This class may include core-work, hip openers, inversions & back bends. You will leave feeling renewed, relaxed & have a greater sense self-awareness.

How do classes work?
Classes can be purchased as a package or by single class. All members must reserve a space 5 hours before start. Members meet in the Fitness Center 10 minutes before class begins, and the instructors will escort you to the group exercise room.
If you are running late a staff member will escort you to class.

Single Class $20.00
5 - Class Package $75.00
Private Yoga Session $80.00
**PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST**
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the start of class. There must be at least 3 participants per class otherwise class will be cancelled. Cancellations can be made by calling (216) 706-1236 and speaking with a staff member directly or by leaving a voicemail. Failure to do this will result in a charge for the class.
If class is cancelled those who have reservations will be notified.
CARDIO SCULPT
Tuesdays 12:15 - 1 p.m.
This class will focus on strengthing and toning your entire body combining cardio bursting intervals for maximum calorie burning effects.
No need to sign up - Just show up!!

BALLS N BANDS
Thursdays 5:30 - 6:15 p.m.
Join Sha’Da while she takes you through this class while using resistance bands, medicine and stability balls.
