RECIPROCAL CLUB PROCEDURE

Overnight guest rooms, meeting rooms, and function arrangements at reciprocal clubs are to be made by The Union Club member with the individual club. You should then contact Bonnie Hershaw (216-621-4230 or bhershaw@theunionclub.org) and let her know which reciprocal club you plan to visit, the date(s) of your visit, and the services you will be using. A Letter of Introduction will be prepared for you and faxed directly to the reciprocal club, a copy of which can be sent to you as well.
