Catering Menus

The Union Club offers you and your guests elegant surroundings, exquisite dining and the warmth of refined, personal service which has been the tradition of The Union Club for over 125 years.  Our menus feature a variety of select culinary combinations that can be coordinated to fit any occasion. Our culinary staff provide meticulously presented meals, prepared only from the finest and freshest ingredients available.

When you are planning your event, our catering staff will be ready to assist you in the further selection of floral arrangements, audio-visual equipment and other amenities. Our beverage manager will be available to recommend fine wines, after dinner and other beverages to complement your menu selections.  Impeccable, attentive service will ensure that your experience with us will be memorable.

The following menu selections feature a variety of inventive culinary combinations that can be prepared by our Executive Chef, Matthew Fife. We can also make seasonal menu suggestions to assist you in designing an innovative menu for your event. Alternative menus may be easily coordinated for individuals with specific dietary restrictions.

 

Union Club Party Trays:

For the last two years, Chef Matthew Fife and his staff have been creating attractive take-away trays of members’ favorite Union Club creations. While there is a full menu of party tray selections – all of which serve 20 people – the staff is more than happy to accommodate other wishes, too.

Parlor charges will apply to all parlor reservations that are not cancelled within 48 hours of their scheduled use. 

Members of the club are encouraged to use the Private Function Rooms for any social or business event and can also act as a sponsor for such events for their friends or business associates.  All Non-Member sponsored functions must have a signed Sponsorship form on file at least one week prior to the date of the function and are subject to the same service charge, tax and voluntary gratuity as member events.
