There is no better way to get involved than to join one of the Union Club’s member-driven special interest groups.  Find your passion among an existing group or create your own.  It’s a great way to meet fellow members and heighten your member experience.

Arts and Culture Club
This club consists of members who are interested in art and all things aesthetically pleasing.  They meet regularly and plan events and enhancements to further and maintain the club's inportant cultural history that members love and respect.

Book Club
The Book Club's mission is to foster discussion among book lovers.  The group meets every-other-month to discuss great reads from up-and-coming authors, new releases and old favorites nominated by the group.

Bow Tie Society
This group enjoys the finer things in life, and the only requirement to participate is that you wear a hand-tied bow tie to their events.  Informal dinners, black-tie galas, and offsite group excursions make this one of the most social clubs-within-the-club. 

Cuvee Club
The Cuvee Club brings together members who share a passion for beautifully crafted wines from around the globe.  The club hosts five tastings throughout the year, bonus tastings and tours, and an extravagant year-end dinner.  

Cleveland Business Leaders Club
Consisting of members under the age of fifty years old, this group of energetic members meets regularly and is dedicated to fostering the development of leadership, the engagement of members, and the encouragement of progressive thought.  

Emerging Leaders Club
Consisting of members under the age of 35, this group of participants produce programming and events that enhance personal and professional development of the next generation of leaders through unique opportunities and collaborations.  

Engaging Women's Club
This club consists of active members who promote an environment for women to network, support, and mentor through organized professional and social events.  They plan enjoyable events for the purpose of meeting and networking with other women who are both members and non-members of the Union Club.

Fitness and Wellness Club
This club consists of avid Union Club Fitness Center users who are dedicated and passionate about wellness and assisting our staff with continuous improvements to both our facilities and our healthy lifestyle programming and education.  

The Futures Club (Formerly Known as Seniors Committee)
This club works to aquaint the club to members, encouraging engagement, and establish intergenerational dialogue and provide interesting educational and social activites to foster relationships among members.  

Golf Society
This group of avid golfers plan and make trips to some of the top golf destinations locally, regionally, nationally, and world-wide.  Riviera, Pinehurst, Oakmont, Pebble Beach, and even St. Andrews in Scotland are just some of the exclusive courses this group aims to give its members access to.

Intown Club
The Intown Club was a private club for women incorporated in 1927 which became a Club-Within-A-Club with the Union Club in 2019.  Members typically show an interest in the community through the arts, education and corporate life.  The group coordinates and plans a (nearly) weekly luncheon and lecture program through their Monday Speaker Series which covers a variety of topics intended to educate, inspire and keep members well-informed about our community, the arts and other important current issues.  Additional special programs planned by the Intown Club members are those that highlight the rich arts culture of Cleveland including visits to local points of interest and occasional group theater outings.  Stimulating friendships is a benefit of the Intown Club their mission is: To Connect Through Learning.  


Rod & Gun Syndicate
Do you enjoy hunting, fishing, shooting and all things in the great outdoors?  This group meets quarterly in dinner and happy hour formats, as well as offsite group excursions.  Occasional “game” dinners feature actual meat/fish provided by the members. 

Running/Walking Clubs
Join your fellow members in staying fit and have fun while doing it.  Both clubs allow you to move at your own pace while exploring interesting downtown treks.  The clubs are organized through the club’s Fitness Center.
